The plant mall has a basement floor, ground (mall floor), first floor and second floor, spread on 3000sq ft respectively. On the ground floor, adjacent area to the mall is planned for planting material, that is, semi shade and outdoor plant variety. As the selling product itself is a nature product, the concept, design ideas and the theme is also done in rustic material finishes. Materials like stone, Bedam Chilla, Golden Kota, rough Shahbad, leathered polished chocolate stone, etc, have been used. Materials used are sturdy, giving a natural feel and look, and economical for such big areas. Pine wood panelling has been used for the column beam and the walls are in brown colour finish. Pine wood rafters have been fixed on the ceiling to conceal the electrical wirings and to fix track lights. The slab soffit is finished in black crush sand roller paint finish. Engraving on Bedam Chilla which later became the monogram of the mall and design pattern (logo) was carried out in innovative ways in varied design elements. There are long window openings to have circulation of air and light and to have connectivity between the indoor mall and the outdoor plant section. Later many elements were designed out of the waste/scrap, generated on site– tower light, centre table, outdoor pathways, door handles and small display units.
